We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Home Loan Sales Manager to drive business growth through effective customer acquisition and channel development. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in home loan products, market knowledge, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.

  • Experience: Minimum 1 years in home loan sales

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new home loan customers through direct and indirect channels
  • Develop and manage relationships with builders, real estate agents, and DSAs
  • Ensure monthly/quarterly sales targets are met
  • Conduct customer meetings and provide end-to-end loan guidance
  • Coordinate with internal teams for loan processing and disbursement
  • Maintain knowledge of market trends and competitor offerings
  • Deliver excellent customer service and resolve queries efficiently

 

Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate with 3+ years of experience in home loan sales
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Good understanding of home loan documentation and processes
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure
  • Experience with NBFCs or banks preferred
