Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new home loan customers through direct and indirect channels
- Develop and manage relationships with builders, real estate agents, and DSAs
- Ensure monthly/quarterly sales targets are met
- Conduct customer meetings and provide end-to-end loan guidance
- Coordinate with internal teams for loan processing and disbursement
- Maintain knowledge of market trends and competitor offerings
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve queries efficiently
Candidate Profile:
- Graduate/Postgraduate with 3+ years of experience in home loan sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of home loan documentation and processes
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure
- Experience with NBFCs or banks preferred
